1. INTRODUCTION
In the following terms and conditions, 'we', 'us', 'our', or 'Stuff N Thangz means Stuff N Thangz by Alex Williams.
The website www.StuffNThangz.com (known as the 'Stuff N Thangz website') is made available to you (herein known as 'the Purchaser') pursuant to the following trading terms and conditions which are legally binding.
Please read through these terms carefully before making any purchase from the Stuff N Thangz website. Any purchase from the Stuff N Thangz website will indicate your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These terms may be modified from time to time and your continued use of the Stuff N Thangz website and any subsequent purchases made shall signify your agreement to be bound by any changes.
These terms and conditions are in effect from October 1st of 2018.
2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Stuff N Thangz cannot guarantee and accepts no liability regarding the availability of stock and the time frame involved in delivering any goods or service pursuant to the Purchaser’s order.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Confirmation of your order will be sent to your e-mail address. The e-mail will reconfirm all delivery and shipping details, charges and any other relevant information.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate. We aim to ship within 3-10 business days of orders being placed, however, this may vary depending on demand, sickness or illness, or

should you need to make any changes to your order or if you require your order by a specific time.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellation by Stuff N Thangz:
Stuff N Thangz reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without notification.
• Cancellation by Purchaser:
We aim to ship online orders within 3-10 business days of the order being placed. Should you wish to cancel an order after payment has been accepted, please contact Stuff N Thangz immediately via e-mail at 1StuffnThangz@gmail.com.
If an order is canceled after dispatch, shipping charges will not be refunded and it will be the purchaser’s responsibility to return the parcel by trackable registered mail at their expense. Cancellations after this time will
be at the sole discretion of Stuff N Thangz.
5. BILLING
Transactions for purchases are made through PayPal or Stripe; accepting all major credit and debit cards.
All goods remain the property of Stuff N Thangz until they are paid-for in full. Please ensure you enter your contact and delivery details correctly, including your phone number, so that we can contact you if necessary.
6. CURRENCY
All product and shipping prices on the Stuff N Thangz website are quoted and settled in US Dollars (USD). Some credit card providers may charge additional fees, please contact your credit card provider or PayPal for more information. Stuff NThangz is not responsible for these fees.
7. CUSTOM TAXES
Purchases shipped to international addresses are subject to custom taxes imposed by your home country. For international orders, the prices listed do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges which may apply
depending on the home country.
Any additional international charges will be at the expense of the Purchaser and will not be covered by Stuff N Thangz. The Purchaser may incur these charges at any time up to 24 months after the goods have been purchased.
8. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Stuff N Thangz ships from Ohio with the United States Postal Office. Every parcel will have a unique tracking number assigned to it, which allows the customer to track its journey online. This tracking number is supplied in your shipping notification email. Shipping rates will vary based on weight which is detailed below:
Within the United States:
· Packages under 16 oz. can ship either First Class or Priority Mail.
· Packages over 16 oz. must ship via Priority Mail.
Outside the US:
· Packages under 4 lbs. can ship via First Class International or Priority International.
· Packages 4 lbs plus must ship via Priority Mail International.
Postal rates are liable to change due to price increases enforced by the postal company. Stuff N Thangz is not responsible for these increases.
The Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and address upon placing an online order. If the nominated courier is unable to deliver the Purchaser’s order due to either incorrect information provided by the Purchaser or if there is no one to sign for and physically receive the parcel, a re-delivery fee may apply. This fee will be sent to the Purchaser via a PayPal invoice.
Standard Estimated Shipping Times:
US - First Class - 4-10 days
· US - Priority - 2-3 days
· Outside US - First Class - 2-3 weeks (depending on your customs clearance and local delivery service)
· Outside US - Priority - 7-10 business days (depending on your customs clearance and local delivery service)
· Holidays and extreme weather may impact your shipping time.
Stuff N Thangz cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, severe weather warnings, holidays, strike or transport complications, or illness.
International shipping:
• Please allow between 1 - 4 weeks for delivery after dispatch
notification.
• A tracking number will be issued in your order fulfillment via e-mail to the e-mail address you provide, which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel once it has been sent. It is the Purchasers responsibility to track
their item.
• Stuff N Thangz cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, severe weather warnings, holidays, customs, strike or transport complications, or illness.
9. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Stuff N Thangz shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered or incurred by the Purchaser in relation to the supply of goods. Stuff N Thangz's liability is limited only
to the cost of supply or re-supply of goods in accordance with these terms.

We assume no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer, telecommunication equipment or other property caused by or arising from your access to or use of Stuff N Thangz's website.
10. NO COMMERCIAL USE

The Stuff N Thangz website is provided for personal us only. You many not copy, distribute, transmit, display, modify, publish, license, transfer, or sell any content, software, products, or services contained within the Stuff N Thangz website. You may not use this site, or any of its content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own site.
11. AGREEMENT

This agreement supersedes any and all preceding agreements between the
Purchaser and Stuff N Thangz.
12. CUSTOMER CONDUCT
​
The Purchaser should conduct themselves in a polite and courteous manner when engaging in discussions with Stuff N Thangz through email or by other methods of communication. Communications with Stuff N Thangz will be
immediately ceased if the Purchaser engages in threatening, abusive and disrespectful language. Inciting slander of the Stuff N Thangz brand will not be tolerated and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
13. PROMOTIONAL CODES

We may occasionally release promotional codes valid for a specified time. These codes are valid for use within the specified time frame only. All conditions applying to each promotional code will be specified at the time of
issue. They may be redeemed online on the Stuff N Thangz website only.
14. ONLINE RETURNS
​
If an item is defective upon receipt, the Purchaser should contact Stuff N Thangz immediately and provide photographic evidence of the defect. The item may need to be returned to Stuff N Thangz if further inspection is required. The Purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees. If the item is deemed defective by Stuff N Thangz, returns will only be accepted within 30 days of goods being received. Returns and refunds are not accepted if the Purchaser has had a change of heart, not read the items description, dimensions or shop policies, or has exceeded the 30 days. Returns and refunds are not accepted on custom made items, discounted items or earrings.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, within their gift box or display card. Proof of purchase must be supplied for all returns/exchanges/repairs. Please pack all exchanges carefully, as Stuff N Thangz cannot be responsible for items damaged in return transit to Stuff N Thangz. An address will be provided to the Purchaser upon email discussion: 1StuffnThangz@gmail.com.

The Purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning goods to Stuff N Thangz.

Exchanged items will incur a shipping fee for all domestic and international deliveries.
Earrings and custom order items cannot be refunded or returned. All sales are final.
15. FAULTY ITEMS
​
Stuff N Thangz will offer a refund or replacement when an item is faulty or demonstrating a major problem and is unable to be repaired. Stuff N Thangz reserves the right to offer to repair an item wherever possible before a refund
or replacement is put forward.

Proof of purchase must be supplied for all faulty claims.

Please pack all exchanges carefully, as Stuff N Thangz cannot be responsible for damaged items in return transit.

We will assess the goods when they are received to determine if they are faulty. We will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund for items which are damaged due to mistreatment or normal wear and tear.
Where goods are deemed to be faulty we will send you a replacement item in a similar color and style. In the event that the particular item sold out and cannot be replaced we will contact the Purchaser to determine the most
suitable course of action. This may involve providing an alternative item, store credit or full refund to the card which was used for the original purchase. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed to the Purchaser.
16. PRODUCT VARIATION
As described in our product descriptions, every Stuff N Thangz product is carefully handmade using a range of natural materials. This may result in variations in color, shape, and texture between pieces. We try to minimize these, however all product images provided on the Stuff N Thangz website should be taken as an example of the design, rather than the individual piece purchased. A handmade item does not have a machine made, uniform finish. The hand of the maker is evident in each piece to guarantee authenticity of a manual process. This is the charming character of a handcrafted item and will not impact on the integrity, beauty, or quality of the finished piece.
17. LINKING TO THE STUFF N THANGZ WEBSITE

You may link to the Stuff N Thangz homepage on the condition you do so in a way that is legal. It must be fair and not intended to damage our reputation or in any way take advantage. You may not suggest any form of association or endorsement with Stuff N Thangz where there is none. We reserve the right to request the removal of links to the Stuff N Thangz website at any time.
18. THIRD PARTY LINKS

From time to time, the Stuff N Thangz website may contain links to websites which are not owned, operated or controlled by us. Such links are provided solely as a convenience to you. We are not responsible for any content, materials or other information located on or accessible from any other website.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The purchaser will not use, copy or infringe on Stuff N Thangz's intellectual property. This means all intellectual property rights (whether created before, on or after the date of these Terms and Conditions and whether registered or unregistered) in respect of copyright, any patents, trademarks, logos, designs, software, domain names, business or trade names, together with marketing concepts and designs, product knowledge, training systems and
materials, protection of confidential information, circuit layouts, inventions, know-how, product or business concepts, details of product development, and any other identifiable result of intellectual enterprise, whether arising under
statute or otherwise, and which relates to any of Stuff N Thangz's products or services.
20. COPYRIGHT

All designs, content and photographic material are subject to copyright and are wholly owned by Stuff N Thangz. No designs, content or photographic material represented on the Stuff N Thangz website may be used without prior
written consent. Stuff N Thangz™ is a registered trademark.
