Schedule Your Consultation
If you would like to place a custom order, you can either send us an email or book a consultation. If you are unable to meet at your scheduled time we do ask that you reach out to us first before rescheduling your appointment. All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit that is applied to your purchase upon completion.
What will I expect during our consultation?
We will discuss your request, processing time, cost, and terms and conditions. We will NOT reproduce another artist’s work. We will not start your order until we receive your deposit. There will be no returns on any custom orders. Once your custom order is ready you will receive an email from us stating that your order is ready. The turnaround time for most custom orders is 10-15 business days. During the holidays this time frame may increase.
